Shipping & Delivery offers a range of shipping options. The time required to complete an order is made up of a few components below:


Turnaround Time Selected. If you choose Standard Processing, your order will generally be ready to ship within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is placed.  Most bottle opener items usually ship the next business day after receipt of your order. We do offer 24 and 48 Rush Production on many products. 

*We make every effort to accommodate rush orders but cannot guarantee these schedules.  Please call us at 888.818.4648 if you have any questions or special requests and we will make every effort to accommodate whenever possible.

 Shipping Method. The least expensive, but normally slowest shipping is via standard ground shipping. The primary factor in ground shipping is the distance from our warehouse to your location. Normal ground shipping can range from between 1 and 5 days. We also offer overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. Of course, these shipping methods cost more.


We normally ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is determined by order size and the speed of delivery. For very large orders, to save you money, we can ship via a common carrier trucking firm. You will need to email our customer service department at for more information. 



You can order from Team Gift Shop using this website. The process for ordering varies, depending on the type of order you place.


NCAA and regular products -- product without custom imprinting -- can be ordered and shipped quickly.


If you order bottle openers with custom designed art or text, you will provide us with that art in a usable file format. We will check to make sure the art file you send to us conforms to our printing processes. If necessary, we will work with you to modify the art file, or to help you create an art file that complies with our printing processes.


Art files must be one of the following formats: Illustrator (CS5 or earlier), Photoshop (CS5 or earlier), TIFF (hi res, b/w only), PDF (vector based only, please convert fonts). If you require one or more specific PMS colors, you must specify them.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Team Gift Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also pay using PayPal. 

The total price of your order is a function of the product(s), quantity, shipping, and applicable taxes.

 From time to time, Team Gift Shop offers special discounts through promotion codes. If you have such a code, it will be applied to the applicable price components.

Viewing Orders


Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the status of your order by account.


Updating Account Information

You can update your account information by signing in on to your account. Once signed in, you will see a page called "My Dashboard" from which you will be able to change your password, your billing address, your primary shipping address, and your newsletter subscription status.


Cancelling an Order

Once it is submitted, you may not change your order so please make sure you have the correct items in your cart at checkout.
